Prof. Krzysztof Rybiński, PhD. – Rector of Vistula University
Prof. Rybinski is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. He has a PhD in Economics. He has worked in the public and private sector in Poland and abroad. He was the Vice-President of the National Bank of Poland, a member of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, member of the European Economic and Financial Committee and Vice-Governor of the World Bank. He was the chief economist in a few banks, a partner in Ernst&Young. Currently, he is a member of the supervisory boards of several financial companies. He has been awarded many times by Polish and foreign opinion-forming magazines. He has published articles in such prominent magazines and newspapers as Financial Times, The Economist and the Wall Street Journal.

Arif Erkol - Chancellor of Vistula University
A graduate of the Bogazichi University in Istanbul (graduated with Honors) and Clark University (Master of Public Administration). He has done research on the the topic of "Stimulation of creativity and the science of critical thinking". During his university years in Turkey he was an active member of many special educational programs . Since 2002 he has been working in Poland as a teacher and scholar. He worked also as the coordinator of the International Baccalaureate program. He was the director of the Meridian school in Łódź for 3 years. Since 2012 he has been the Chancellor of Vistula University.

Maria Gasińska, PhD. – Prorector for didactics
A graduate of the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently Warsaw School of Economics). She holds PhD in Economics. Since 1998 Maria Gasińska has worked as a lecturer at Vistula University. Author of a few dozen publications on insurance, social policy, social functions of businesses, working conditions and ergonomics and the job market, co-author of academic handbooks (received award by the Minister of National Education and Sports in 2004), conducted a dozen research programs with national and international reach. In 2009 she was awarded the Medal of the National Education Commission.
